Mapleshade Medical runs this website and text line so patients can request a same-day visit.
What we collect
When you request a visit, we collect your name, mobile phone number, email address (if you give one), date of birth, reason for visit, and whether you are a Refuah Healthshare member. We also keep the text messages sent between you and our number.
How we use it
- To review your visit request and keep your place in line.
- To text you updates about your visit: confirmation, place in line, estimated time, when it's your turn, and a link to our intake form.
We do not send marketing messages.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with the service providers that run this site and deliver our texts (our web host and our text message provider), and only as needed to provide the service.
How long we keep it
Visit records are kept as part of the practice's records. Text message logs are deleted after 60 days.
